UNH Telecom
Welcome to UNH Telecom! We provide students, faculty and staff with a wide variety of voice and data communication services. Our goal is to make it easy for our customers to access and utilize the communication tools needed for learning, teaching and reaching out to family, friends and colleagues. Please contact us with any questions or comments.
Students
Each dorm room has one active phone connection or "jack" with voicemail.
- You or your roommate needs to bring a touch tone telephone - cordless phones are not recommended or supported as they often pick up interference from other nearby phones
- Plug your phone into the upper left corner position of the jack in your room
- All students, including off-campus students, are issued a PAC (Personal Access Code) prior to arrival at UNH to place long distance calls from campus
- Log into UNH Blackboard to obtain your personal authorization code Click on the Webcat/Student Services tab
- Click the continue button in the UNH - Telecom Online module
- Enter your UNH username and password
- Click the link to obtain your Personal Authorization Code
Assistance is available in the Dimond Academic Commons Information Technology Support Center (DAC ITSC) in the Dimond Library, 3rd floor with photo ID or sponsorship letter.
